I’ve been experimenting with some new fall recipes this year. I’ll admit, I’m typically not much of a pie person, but this one was fun to make, and boy was it pretty! I have it under good authority from my family it was pretty delicious as well (I can see it being perfect warmed up with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream!
